We consider further downside towards the September lows and July support.

Context

The D1/H4 downward wave remains in place. The recovery from the lows has yet to reclaim the September breakdown area.

Fed speeches and UK/US PMI on 23 September are the key weekly events.

Plan conditions

A new H1 entirely after publication: test of resistance at 1.33980–1.34070 and the same candle closes below 1.33970.

A return to resistance is a condition of this scenario. After confirmation, we consider Target 1 and Target 2.

H4 close above 1.34640.
