D1/H4: the recovery has cleared prior highs and holds above the broken range. Targets lie in the August and July areas.
Macklem speaks today; Canadian retail sales follow on 24 September. A return to support is a scenario condition.

Test of support at 1.39730–1.39850 and the same H1 close above 1.39900.
